We are seeking a full-time Powder Coating Professional l to join our Production Department and assist in the powder coating our custom products in accordance to client specifications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Follow production schedules.
  • Review and execute customer orders.
  • Review and execute shipping orders.
  • Review and determine whether items need to be staged, gathered, or distributed.
    Must be able to perform all paint system loading and unloading operators efficiently.
  • Operate/Program auto paint machines.
  • Perform color change-out on auto paint booths. Move auto paint booths.
  • Maintains production records as required.
  • Cleaning out washers and ovens, in removing hang-ups of parts and in scheduled paint system clean-ups.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient operation.
  • Responsible for maintaining shop productivity.
  • Purchasing and materials acquisition.
  • Estimating of shop projects.
  • Maintenance scheduling and oversight of all equipment.

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Coordinator/Production Administrator to join our Customer Service Department and provide exceptional service while building partnerships. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship with clients and vendors whilst reinforcing all production function with expert administration support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources
  • Create and maintain client inquiries and needs
  • Assess client issues and provide recommendations to resolve problems
  • Ensure each client is given necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
  • Track and report technician hours
  • Manage customer service representative / front desk associate
  • Maintain the production schedule
  • Communicate accurate information about production to the applicable staff so they can effectively manage their responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Shop Foreman to effectively maintain production updates and needs
  • Track and record incoming order deliveries
  • Track and record outgoing shipments
  • Manage and update the Inventory Control system
  • Track and report service department expenses
  • Track and report frequency of service inquiries with itemized details of needs
  • Pack and ship service / production materials
  • Occasional light to moderate lifting is required

Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build prototypes using GD&T.
  • Design new or improve existing products, utilizing multiple methods.
  • Research competitor products quarterly and collaborate with the product development
    team to generate ideas for making our products the best on the market.
  • Organize and develop BOM.
  • Create detailed approval, shop, and installation drawings.
  • Consult with fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design

Responsibilities:

  • Enter product data information in the system and conducting data analysis (using Excel).
  • Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
