What is the turnaround for shop drawings?
Generally, shop drawings for smaller projects are available within 48-72 hours and 7-10 days for larger projects.
What is the lead time once I approve the drawings?
In most cases, smaller orders are complete within 6-8 weeks. Larger orders, depending on quantity, can be 12-14 weeks. Note: Panda powder coats in-house to save time. Other finishes such as Kynar and anodize may add 2 weeks to current production times.
I cannot find a configuration that works for my project. Can you help?
Absolutely – we can help! We have a dedicated design team that specializes in finding a configuration concept that fits your specific project needs. In fact, many of the current configuration concepts we have available were created born due to a customer’s specific project needs. Please reach out and tell us about your project.
Can I see the completed system prior to shipping?
Of course! Prior to product shipping from our facility, you will receive a video/photos of your product on the test-wall, where it is tested to perfection. We also always welcome our clients to our facility at any point.

Can you color match?
Yes, we can color match any color.
Regarding top supported systems, what are the deflection criteria?
What fasteners do I use to install the system?
With the variety of construction materials utilized in the field, Panda does not recommend or specify the fastener for your application. The project details, including the system configuration along with the framing components, should be provided to a structural engineer to determine the correct fastener.
Do you have budgetary pricing on your systems?
We price per square foot, and since we are a custom manufacturer, our customizable options do impact the costs. Please provide us with the desired sizes and we will work with you on budgetary pricing for you.
Do you have anything pre-made or in stock?
Everything is fully custom based on your measurements and specifications.
Do you have systems that will help with energy efficiency?
Yes. Thermally broken systems are available and certain glass types can be used as well.
Are your doors sound rated?
If you are looking for a specific STC/OITC rating, we can find a glass that meets your sound requirements. For sound ratings on our systems, please reach out to your Regional Account Manager for a list of rated systems.
Can I use my own hardware?
Panda is happy to review your hardware details through engineering to make sure that the desired hardware works perfectly with our systems. Some of our door and window systems do not allow the option for custom hardware outside of our standard offerings. Please be sure to mention this to your sales manager when discussing your custom door.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! If your project is within the United States, you will have 10 years of warranty effective the day of warranty registration. If your project is outside the United States, you will have 2 years of warranty effective the day of warranty registration.
