Aluminum Wood-Clad Thermally Broken System

Panda's Lift & Slide Systems provide minimal site-line interference, allowing expansive glass panels to roll smoothly and operate easily. With just the push of a finger, living spaces expand creating seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.

The TS.13 system offers incredible comfort and energy efficiency to any home or building. The added wood insulation guarantees structure interiors are warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, and its isolated aluminum frame makes it strong and resistant to the harshest elements while drastically reducing the need for finish maintenance.

Barefoot Friendly Transition

Panda's patented ADA compliant drainage track system is recessed into sub-floor to create a barefoot friendly passage and ensure the smoothest possible operation. The finished floor is laid in between tracks leaving only a 3/16″ (4.76mm) rail exposed. This assembly features a weep channel built-in for increased protection against water infiltration.



The TS.13 Lift & Slide Door system is delivered standard with the Priamo handle. A wide variety of contemporary door handle upgrades are available.




The TS.60 Folding Door

Aluminum Thermally Broken System

Panda's Folding Glass Wall Systems provide the ideal solution for maximizing openings in structures where door pocketing is not an option. This top-hung system carries its weight through a head track designed to withstand heavy loads and frequent use.

The TS.60 system offers unparalleled durability, stronger support and superior energy efficiency. The thermal break technology consists in separating the aluminum profile to reduce thermal conductivity and provide excellent performance ratings. This is achieved by using polyamide insulating bars with glass fibers integrated to provide maximum strength.

Finger Safe Gasket-System

Quadruple magnetic EPDM Z-type glazing gaskets provide excellent resistance to ozone, sunlight, aging, and other weather elements. They provide a buffer to prevent fingers from being trapped, ideal for environments where small children are present.


Surface Mounted Track System

The 2-3/16" (56mm) track system mounts directly to sub-floor and offers the best resistance to weather infiltration.


The TS.60 Folding Door system is delivered standard with Panda’s in-house built handles.



NAFS Testing Results

In an effort to provide assurance to architects, specifiers, and building owners, Panda Windows & Doors have subjected the TS.13 Lift & Slide Door System and the TS.60 Thermally Broken Folding Door System to the primary test procedures for air infiltration and exfiltration, water penetration, and structural capacity. These products have been designed and engineered to meet NAFS-11 and NAFS-08 standards.

Testing performed by Architectural Testing, Inc., resulted in the following outcome.

Understanding the NAFS Standard

What is NAFS?

Useful standards for testing the physical performance of windows and doors have been developed over many years, culminating in the North American Fenestration Standard (NAFS). This standard was first published in 2005, with new editions available in 2008 and 2011.

The NAFS-081 version was developed jointly under the guidance of the—Canadian Standards Association (CSA), American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA), and the Window & Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA) in an attempt to homogenize Canadian and American testing and performance rating regimes based on AAMA 101, WDMA I.S.2, and CSA A440, the three older standards that anteceded it.

NAFS requires rigorous testing of fenestration products. It is concerned mainly with the determination of performance grade (PG), design pressure (DP), and related performance ratings such as air leakage resistance and water penetration resistance test pressure.

Why is NAFS important to you?

NAFS-08 has been adopted by the 2009 International Building Code (IBC), the International Residential Code (IRC) and the 2010 National Building Code of Canada (NBCC). Several provincial Canadian codes have also adopted NAFS-08, along with its Canadian Supplement (CSA A440S1-09).

These building codes explicitly require fenestration products to have performance ratings specific to each building's location, height, and terrain. This has huge implications for all parties involved in the specification and supply chain, as building officials will be studying labels to ensure the Performance Grade and Water Test Pressure values are appropriate for buildings in their jurisdiction.

A NAFS compliant product ensures you're using a regulated and tightly controlled product that performs appropriately every time.
